Vernon City Clerk Jerilee Hopkins, the lottery to determine ballot position on the April 2017 ballot will be held in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. for the candidates who filed their petitions at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 21, 2016 – Richard Clark and John Lewis for Mayor; Ken Meyers, James Rippy and Mike Young for City Council.
