(Murphysboro, IL)  —  A search is underway to find the driver involved in a hit and run in rural Murphysboro.  Authorities say two people were hit by a vehicle Friday night on Airport Road near Bodkin Road.  The person behind the wheel did not stop after the incident.  One of the victims was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
