The Jefferson County Treasurer’s Office would like to make property owners aware of important date for the current Real Estate Tax Cycle.

11-29-16 2nd Installment is due
12-5-16 Certified Letters will be mailed
12-9-16 Last day to pay delinquent taxes before names are PUBLISHED in the paper
12-9-16 Last day to write a personal check
12-15-16 names of all delinquent taxes will be published
12-18-16 at midnight last day to pay with a credit/debit card
12-28-16 Judgement will be filed on all delinquent taxes and LAST day to pay to avoid Tax Sale
12-29-16 Tax sale will be held at 10 a.m.
