(MARION, IL) — Rides Mass Transit District will be providing complimentary transportation to the polls for the General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 8 to all residents in its service area. Residents will be able to ride to the polls on regular existing routes throughout the county on Election Day at no cost to them. Riders may phone their local Rides dispatch office by Monday, Nov. 7 to schedule transportation in order to cast their vote. If you live in Williamson County, call 993-1900. Saline County residents should call 252-4662. Residents in Pope, Hardin and Gallatin counties should call 877-667-6119. Hamilton and White County residents need to call 877-667-6118. And Wayne County residents need to call 847-4077.
