(Percy, IL)  —  A Percy man is charged with murder following a fight at a local bar.  Prosecutors believe Beau Shawgo was responsible for injuries Jeffrey Welty suffered during an altercation Monday night at the Hide-Away Tavern in Percy.  Shawgo appeared in court yesterday where his bond was set at 250-thousand-dollars.
