(MARION, IL) — A Freeman Spur man was found guilty on one count of predatory criminal sexual assault during a bench trial in Williamson County Court Tuesday. Jimmy Dean, with the Williamson County State’s Attorney’s office, says 29-year-old Edward T. Urban committed the offense with a 7-year-old child from West Frankfort between January and April 2015.The charge is a Class X felony punishable by 6 to 60 years in prison. Urban will be sentenced Jan. 13 in Williamson County Court.
