(O’Fallon, IL)  —  An elderly man is facing charges for propositioning a child.  John Isom of O’Fallon, Illinois allegedly gave an eleven-year-old girl a 20-dollar bill and a note saying he wanted a private meeting with her.  This isn’t the first time he has been accused of doing this.  He was charged for a similar incident back in July as well.  If you think Isom has contacted your child, you are asked to call the O’Fallon Police Department.
