(Murphysboro, IL)  —  Authorities are investigating a hit-and-run in rural Murphysboro.  The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says an SUV slammed into a home Monday on West Harrison Road.  The person behind the wheel then drove off.  No one inside the house was injured.
