Harry “Leroy” Joslin, 70 Years, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 3:13 A.M., Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Hughey Funeral Home, with Mr. Marty Mills officiating.  Burial will follow with Full Military Honors conducted by the American Legion Post #141 at Union Chapel Cemetery in rural Jefferson County, Illinois.
