Thomas Paul McNeal, 70, of Centralia, Illinois, passed away at 8:45 P.M., Friday, July 29, 2016 at his residence in Centralia. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Newell Funeral Home in Waltonville, Illinois, with Chaplain Ernie Collins officiating. Members of the Mount Vernon American Legion Post #141 will conduct a Military Flag Presentation. Per his request, Mr. McNeal will be cremated after his service.
