(MT. VERNON, IL) — Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Bluford man Monday after receiving a call regarding known drug users and possible current drug use at a residence in Bluford.  Authorities arrested 26 year old Kyle Lowery of Bluford for Class 2 felony possession of meth manufacturing materials, Class 3 felony possession of meth less than 5 grams, and Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia after being called to a residence in the 600 block of East Short Street in Bluford.  Lowery was transferred to the Jefferson County Justice Center where he is awaiting the setting of bond and his first court appearance.
