Roger Ray Farris, 71, of Dix, Illinois, passed away at 10:32 A.M., Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Nature Trail Health Care Center in Mount Vernon, Illinois. In honor of his wishes Roger will be cremated and a Memorial Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Drummer Township Cemetery in Gibson City, Illinois, with Reverend Ed Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow at Drummer Township Cemetery in Gibson, Illinois.
