(Massac Co., IL)  —  An eight-year-old is dead following a single vehicle accident in Massac County.  State Police say the accident happened yesterday when a pickup driven by a teen crashed near Mill Springs and Purcell roads.  The child passenger died at the scene.  Three other juveniles were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
