Randall Lee Smith, 2 days, of Mt. Vernon, IL, died 6: 11 p.m. Sunday, June 5, 2016 at St. Louis Children’s Hospital in St. Louis. Randall was born June 3, 2016, in Saint Louis, Missouri the son of Jonathen Haslett and Felicia Smith. Randall is survived by his mother Felicia Smith of Mt. Vernon; father, Jonathen Haslett; maternal grandparents, Misty and Jay Smith of Mt. Vernon; paternal grandmother, April Goodo of Fairfield; maternal great grandparents, Larry Smith and wife Sue of Florida and Dee Smith of Colorado; twin brother, Troy Gene Smith of Mt. Vernon; uncle, Sebastian Smith and wife Melissa of Bluford and James Richards and wife Rebecca of Mt. Vernon; he is also survived by several great aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents Larry and Virginia Jo Wheeler. Graveside Funeral Services for Randall Smith will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2016 at South Hickory Hill Cemetery in rural Mt. Vernon with Rev. Wesley Johnson officiating.
