(ST. LOUIS, MO)  —  There is a new leader of the American Red Cross in the Central and Southern Illinois region.  Officials say Lyn Hruska has been named the new Regional Chief Executive Officer.  She has been promoted after serving with the Red Cross for 19-years.  Her new position begins later this month.
