(East St. Louis, IL)  —  The Illinois Department of Transportation is planning to close lanes on the interstate near the Poplar Street Bridge.  IDOT is closing two eastbound lanes of Interstate 55/64 from 7:30 a.m. to three o’clock this afternoon while crews repair the concrete bridge deck.  The department says drivers should expect delays.
