Anthony Michael White, Jr., 37 Years, 11 Months, 1 Day, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 2:21 P.M., Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Chicago, Illinois. In honor of Mr. White’s wishes no public services will be held.
