(Centreville, IL)  —  The Illinois State police are charging two-men in connection to a murder that happened in Centreville.  Sammy Swift Junior and Tommie Pirtle of East Saint Louis are both charged with first degree murder for allegedly killing Deangelo Oliver earlier this month.  Though Pirtle is 17-years-old, he is being charged as an adult.
