Jessie Mae Howell, 79, of Mount Vernon, passed away at 1:41 P.M., Tuesday, March 8, at her home in Mount Vernon,  with her family by her side. FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, March 12, at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, with Reverend Bud Storey officiating.  Burial will follow at Old Shiloh Cemetery in Jefferson County.
