(Fairview Heights, IL) — Fairview Heights police are working on reducing robberies of local homes and businesses. The force is offering a free service in which it will visit a home or area firm and check for security risks. The Holy Trinity Catholic Church was one of the first to sign up for the initiative. Officers took a look at both the inside and outside of the church. They then present a plan that could involve trimming shrubs that have too much growth or suggesting security cameras.
