Elsa Mae “Sis” Pitts, 60, of Salem passed away at 5:38 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. Funeral Services for Elsa Mae “Sis” Pitts will be held will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at the L. R. Osborn & Son Funeral Home in Kell with the Brother Claude Howell officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery near Kell. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the L. R. Osborn & Son Funeral Home in Kell.
