(ASHLEY, IL) — At 3:59 P.M. Saturday, A 2006 Pontiac Montana driven by 42 year old Phillip D. Miller of Murphysboro, IL was traveling west bound on Illinois Route 15 at Highline Road. Phillips lost control of the vehicle and exited the outside of the curve. Once it left the roadway it rolled multiple times coming to rest in a field. Miller was charged with Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid a Crash, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
