(Hollywood Heights, IL) — Authorities are trying to determined what caused a house to explode in St. Clair County. The explosion destroyed a Hollywood Heights home Saturday night. Authorities say nobody was hurt but several dogs were killed. Debris was scattered into neighbor’s yards and it took firefighters around three hours to put out the fire. Officials believe the explosion may have been due to a natural gas leak.
