(FAIRFIELD, IL) — An 18-year-old fugitive wanted in Wayne County has surrendered to the local sheriff’s department. Ben Borah faces charges of escape, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal damage to property and vehicle burglary. Borah had been at large for more than a week after he slipped out of the back door of his home as officers were preparing to take him into custody.
