(Edwardsville, IL) — Authorities in Madison County say they have the suspect they’ve been seeking in connection with a string of armed robberies in Granite City. Ryan Eastling has been charged with three counts of armed robbery involving victims who were all held-up as they sat in their cars last month. Police say Eastling led police on a car chase after one of the crimes. He reportedly fled on foot after crashing the car. The car had been reported stolen from St. Louis City so future charges against him are expected in St. Louis.
