(MT. VERNON, IL) — Local authorities are on the lookout for a suspect in an area shooting. At 10:19 a.m. on Wednesday, the Mt. Vernon Police Department received a call from St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital that they had a gunshot victim at their emergency room. The police department is looking for Calvin Webster for questioning in this incident. Anyone with information on Webster’s location is encouraged to contact the police department at 618-242-2131.
