(Williamson County, IL) — More than 70 animals have been removed from the home of a former licensed veterinarian. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office took out 41 dogs, 15 cats, one full-size pig and a bobcat from the home just off Route 166. Police say the house belonged to Eliza Kirkpatrick and she had been accused of performing surgery on animals in her kitchen. Cops added that the home was filled with squalor and there were deep freezers filled with dead animals.
