(Louisville, IL) — A Clay County company is recalling around 500-pounds of bratwurst. The recall was announced yesterday for the North Clay Packing Company in Louisville. State officials say the product contains milk but it is not included on the label. Milk is a known allergen. The sausages were sold in white five-pound boxes labeled “Illini Land Bratwurst.”
