Benton Police were busy Saturday making three arrests in three separate incidents. Police arrested and charged 32-year-old Chad O. Todd of Benton for domestic battery and unlawful interference after officers were called to the 700 block of McKinley Street in reference to domestic disturbance. Police arrested 34-year-old David Gosnell of Benton for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. And after officers were called to the 200 block of South McLeansboro Street in reference to a verbal domestic complaint, they arrested and charged 29-year-old Victoria M. Stark of Benton for criminal trespass to residence, aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer. All three were taken to the Franklin County Jail.
