(Troy, IL) — Troy Police are looking for a carjacker. Cops say the suspect was scheduled to meet Tuesday morning with two men he knew who were in a white Olds Aurora at Blue Bird and Goldfinch Lanes. Police add that Jeremy Harrington then drove off with the vehicle after ordering the victims out at gunpoint. The Illinois plates on the car were E101383.
