(Sauget, IL) — The Sauget Police Chief, Patrick Delaney, is hoping some surveillance video will help them determine what caused a school bus to crash on Friday. The chief says two students, the driver and two bus monitors remain in stable condition at a local hospital from the accident. The chief believes the video from the bus will show what was taking place at the time of the accident and may show if the bus was speeding at the time. The students, who were returning from a special needs program, were all restrained at the time of the accident.
