(MT. VERNON, IL) — A 36-year-old Woodlawn man is scheduled to enter a plea to a 2014 meth related charge in Jefferson County court. Travis P. Darden was arrested in a December warrant sweep through Jefferson County that saw nine others arrested the same day. Darden is charged with Class 2 felony possession of less than 15 grams of meth precursors. He is also anticipated to file a plea in a separate 2014 case in which he’s charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and felony unlawful restraint.
