(Carterville, IL) — A Carterville business is doing what it can to help foster children in the area. Eccentrics Boutique has donated several duffel bags to the kids at Carita’s Family Solutions, which serves over one thousand young people each year. The foster care program has such limited finances, that some of the children have to carry their belongings in grocery bags.
