(Marion, IL) — U.S. House Speaker John Boehner says President’s Obama’s economic policies have failed and his “war on coal” has had a huge effect on coal jobs not only in southern Illinois but across the country.  Boehner, an Ohio Republican, made an appearance with Republican Mike Bost Tuesday night during a campaign rally at The Pavilion in Marion.  Bost says he knows where the jobs are in southern Illinois. They are in coal and oil and once those jobs are created, Bost says we can concentrate on other issues were facing. Bost is looking to unseat incumbent Democrat Bill Enyart for the 12th Congressional District House seat Tuesday.
