She was born August 20, 1951 in Jacksonville, IL, the daughter of Dean and Delores Coultis.  She was a home maker.

Survivors include three sons: Bob Butler of Broughton, IL, Sam Butler of Missouri and Earl Butler of Ohio; grandchildren: Sam Butler Jr., Michael Butler, Trenton Butler, Garrett Butler, Trace Butler, Destiny Butler, Trenton Chambers and Troy Chambers; one great grandchild, Jackson Butler; and one sister, Jackie Coultis of Minnesota.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald Butler; son, Donnie Butler; brother, John Coultis; and sister, Joan Coultis.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren.  Visitation will be Tuesday, August 20 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren.  She will be laid to rest at the IOOF Cemetery in Dahlgren.
