CLINTON COUNTY, IL — Construction on a $3.6 million, five-tower emergency radio system in Clinton County is set to begin after a court order was vacated. The project, which includes a tower at Kaskaskia College to improve cell service, will enhance communication for first responders and the community. Work will be starting soon.
