MT. VERNON, IL — The section of Veterans Memorial Drive from 34^th Street to Plum Avenue will be closed to all thru traffic.  Local traffic will have access from either the east or west  of the exact project location which will be approximately  750 feet  east of 34^th street. 

A detour identified by signage will be set up using 34^th Street/Broadway (Route 15) and 10^th Street (Route 37) as a detour route.
