HARRISBURG – Two people are facing burglary and theft charges in Harrisburg. According to a post on the Harrisburg Police Department’s Facebook page, police responded to a report of a burglary in progress in the 200 block of South Granger Street Tuesday.

The caller reported that he’d found an unknown man in his garage, and that the man had fled on foot.

Officers saturated the area and the subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Bryce Ham of Harrisburg and Skyler Robinson of Galatia.

Ham was informally charged with burglary and theft under $500. Robinson was informally charged with burglary, theft under $500 and possession of burglary tools.

Officers were assisted by the Saline County Sheriff’s Department and the Illinois State Police Crime Scene Services.
