Jeremy Smith, 33, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away March 6, 2019 at his residence in Mount Vernon, Illinois.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5:00 P.M. Friday, March 8, 2019at Mount Vernon Elks Lodge #819.
