Cold Weather To Usher in March

ILLINOIS (RFD) — We’ll be ushering in the month of March with more cold air for much of Illinois. Chris Miller with the National Weather Service in Lincoln says plan for continued cold into the weekend. He says it is going to be well below normal mostly after Wednesday with another windy weekend expected.

Looking ahead to next week, Miller says it will continue to be cold and in fact, indicates things are looking to remain cold into the first few weeks of the month.

The wind this coming weekend should not be as strong as it was this past Sunday throughout the state.
