FRANKLIN COUNTY — Four people were arrested on drug-related charges after Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies went to a home in Christopher Thursday to speak with associates of Allen Woolard, the man missing since Jan. 23 who was found dead Saturday in rural Buckner.

Sheriff David Bartoni says while deputies were in the house, drug activity was discovered.

A search warrant was issued leading to the arrest of 27-year-old Brianna R. Parcell of Christopher, 40-year-old Mark A. Berger of Lemay, Missouri, 47-year-old Boren R. Johnson of Mt. Vernon and 39-year-old David L. Barker of Christopher.

Parcell was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Berger was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of weapons by a felon.

Johnson was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.

Baker was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Baker posted bond and was released. The other three are being held in the Franklin County Jail pending formal charges and the setting of bond by the Franklin County State’s Attorney’s Office.
