FRANKLIN COUNTY — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Monday evening arrested and charged an Ewing man with two counts of grooming and two counts of distributing harmful material to a minor.

Sheriff David Bartoni says 26-year-old Nicholas A. Price was arrested by detectives and a search warrant was carried out at his home. The sheriff noted the investigation continues and more arrests are possible.
