New year, new gun laws

New year, new gun laws

ILLINOIS (RFD) —  A New Year means new laws and in Illinois that also means two new gun control laws. One allows for a gun to be taken away from someone who’s potentially violent. The request has to go through the court and must come from family, friends or law enforcement says State Rep. Kathleen Wills.

The other law is a 72 hour waiting period for purchase of all guns.
