REND LAKE — A Sesser woman was arrested for burglary and theft after Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary in process just before 6 Thursday night at Rend Lake Marina.

Sheriff David Bartoni says 36-year-old Diana Chamness is being held in the Franklin County Jail pending review by the State’s Attorney’s office and filing of formal charges.
