FRANKLIN COUNTY — Three Benton residents were taken into custody after Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call just after 8 Monday morning from the residents of a rural Thompsonville home who had interrupted a burglary at their home.

Sheriff Don Jones says 40-year-old Jason L. Morris, 38-year-old Phillip R. Gower and 39-year-old Lola M. Swan were charged with residential burglary, felony theft and illegal possession of a controlled substance.

All three are being held in the Franklin County Jail pending review by the State’s Attorney’s office and the setting of bond by the Circuit Court.
