CENTRALIA — A 20-year-old Centralia man is in the Marion County Jail following his arrest by Centralia police on meth and vehicle theft charges.

John Cluck was arrested Friday for alleged theft October 4th of a pickup truck pulling a trailer from a work site in the 500 block of Linden Street in Centralia.

Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies recovered the truck two days later on East Copple Road and the trailer was located two days later on property off the 1000 block of Phelps Road.

An investigation led to Cluck as a suspect and a $50,000 warrant was issued for his arrest.

When police stopped Cluck over the weekend he was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine, which led to an additional charge.

He was taken to the Marion County Jail, where he remained Monday morning.
