According to charging information, on or about June 17, Hall knowingly, and “with the intent to disseminate, reproduced, disseminated, offered to disseminate, or exhibited a videotape, film or other similar visual reproduction by computer of Jane Doe, a child whom the defendant reasonably should have known was under the age of 13,” which showed the child engaging in a sexual act.

He’s charged with Class X felony reproducing pornography of a child under the age of 13. If convicted he could be sentenced up to 30 years in prison.
