MT. VERNON — On Thursday, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to WMIX News:

29-year-old Brittney Jamison of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday for aggravated battery with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of meth less than five grams.

35-year-old Susan Haggard of Jemison, AL was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for criminal trespass to land and possession of a controlled substance.

44-year-old William Higginson of Mt. Vernon was arrested Wednesday for meth delivery less than five grams.

33-year-old Amber Crowther of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for identity theft less than $300.

24-year-old Zoie Crain of Woodlawn was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for driving on a suspended license.

28-year-old Adriana Bowers of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for retail theft less than $300.

39-year-old Charles Peterson of Mt. Vernon was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Wednesday for retail theft less than $300 and on a bond forfeiture warrant.

36-year-old Kenneth Stogsdill of Centralia was arrested Wednesday for theft less than $500.

32-year-old Jesse Queen of Marissa was arrested by Mt. Vernon Police Thursday on a bond forfeiture warrant.
