WEST FRANKFORT — The West Frankfort City Council will be dealing with a change to the number of Class A liquor licenses available and some items dealing with the West Frankfort Mall when it meets tonight at 6 at City Hall.

According to City Clerk Angie Baker Deaton, the council voted to change the number of Class A liquor licenses from 10 to 15 back in November 2017, but an ordinance was never completed. This item involves the council voting to accept the ordinance. The council increased the number of Class A liquor licenses just to have them available for any future businesses. An increase had not been made in quite a while and there was only one available at the time.

The council will also look at approving several quotes regarding repairs including sidewalk repairs, curb and asphalt repairs and the installation of six new LED parking lot fixtures at the mall.

You’re invited to attend the meeting.
