BENTON — A Benton woman was arrested and charged for aggravated battery and criminal damage to property after Benton Police were sent to the 600 block of Dial Street in reference to a fight in progress just before 6 Monday night.

Police say 27-year-old Jessica A. James was taken to the Franklin County Jail.
